This is not a research paper but rather an analysis paper. Pick a First Amendment right (specifically: Free Speech). Tell me what the law says about that First Amendment right. (What can you do, what can you not do.)
Tell me how this First Amendment right impacts your life. Do you think there should be changes in this interpretation? If not, make sure you explain and justify why there should be no changes. How would these changes impact public policy? Society?
For my paper I would like to go with the side that says we do need changes but you could decide the changes that should be made. Also, to explain a little about the part where it says about my life. Just think of a college student in California that is majoring in computer science so the digital world is important for my life. One last thing is NO AI is allowed. The file that I attached is everything that I have so far and does not have to be used, if you would like to remove what I have so far that is fine.
