This assignment asks students to either discuss their plans for professional development and keeping up with technology in their chosen career path, or to choose a topic from the syllabus and begin a discussion by finding and citing an article about that topic.

Choose one of the following options for your original discussion post. Remember that you still need a source and reference as per the rubric. Then participate in the discussion with your classmates.
Option 1: Discuss what your plans are for professional development throughout your career. Discuss what you will need to do to keep up with technology for your chosen career path. Be sure to let everyone know what that career is as well.
Option 2: Choose one of the topics in the syllabus for this module that interests you, find an article about the topic and begin a discussion on that topic.
Instructions: The paragraph should be at least 200 words, and needs to include citation to the article using APA style.
