Reflection Journal Prompt
Lilian Katz studied the Developmental Stages of Teachers. In each stage, she writes about the developmental tasks and training needed. Read “The Developmental Stages of Teachers” by Lilian G. Katz and answer the following questions:
Assess yourself and describe the developmental stage you feel that you are in. Explain why you believe you are in this stage. Include in this the amount of time (years, months, weeks, or days) you have been teaching in an early childhood education setting.
